The code for the radio is here in your dump.

    0C20: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 20 01 00 34 32 00 00
    0C30: 38 36 00 00 3B 39 00 00 3D 3B 00 00 3F 3D 00 00
    0C40: 41 3F 00 00 43 41 00 00 45 43 00 00 47 45 00 00
    0C50: FF fF 00 00 00 01 01 00 12 34 00 00 00 00 00 00

The sequence 12 34 is often used in a Blaupunkt code area. You could try the obvious code of 4286 or 8642. Let me know if this works.

I'm not sure it's original dump... Someone before me tried to decode it.
I'll call customer later and get serial...

I'm just curious. How did you calculate 4286 and 8642? If I convert 1234 into decimal I get a different number...
