Mercedes W230 EIS all keys disabled

I have a EIS with all keys disabled. Can someone please enable all keys again ?

Thank you very much for the help of the file. Unfortunetly it didnt work, key doesnt turn but i notice a change between eeprom file + file that i read over kline on this EIS.

I made a new bga key with the file you sent but EIS dont turn key. I also notice someone else before me tried to repair or read this EIS, and not only that.
One mcu is 2J74Y mask (key mcu) and the other is 4J74Y (mileage mcu) shouldnt it be same mask on both?

Thats a good question, i have no idea because i dont have the ELV. As far i know this EIS can be tested on bench without ELV?
And also if with ELV then emulator should work alright?

I would adopt it as a new one (erase and then). There are a dozen of tools that can do it.

if there is no ELV, then the key will not turn. you need to use an emulator (hardware or software)
