Fiat Doblo Body Control module dipped headlights faulty

Hello mates,

I have this module, i´ve been looking in scrpayards and there are few and super expensive, so i am trying to identify where is the fault,.

Dipped heaflight are on at all times.

Do you know what is controlling these lights?

If I remember, once I have similar problem in Fiat idea , it was terminal wires burned
