ABS Long Coding lost

I have a 2013 Skoda Fabia 1.6 tdi, I have lost the Long coding on the ABS Module.
The car has had the ABS light on for a number of months with no change to the braking abilities. But I need to find a code as the MOT is overdue..
ABS module 6R0 907 379 AG

Chassis is TMBFL25J0D3140035
it has 256mm discs front and 200mm drums
5 speed manual

Is anybody able to help or advise how to use the VCDS long coding helper
