    Default Jaguar XF question

Hi guys i have corrected the Miles on a 2014 Jaguar XF Via OBD with the tool SMOK

after the mileage was corrected the software stated that if the dash is in a ( black state ) then either pull the dashboard fuse or disconnect the battery,

I disconnected the battery and then reconnected it and everything came back on and the miles where displayed correctly, But i now seem to have a problem with the central locking which was not there before ?

when i press the key to lock the car only my boot and fuel cap lock ? all other 4 doors do not lock and the car makes a double beep noise which is a indication that there is something wrong with the central locking.

I have read on the forums that if you disconnect a battery from a jaguar that it can cause this problem and that you need to then use diagnostic equipment to tell the car that it has had a new battery or that the battery has been changed.

My question is has anyone come across this before ?

is there any truth in this ?

and is there a fix for this please ? any help would be mostly appreciated as always thanks
