    Default KT200 Rework

    hi


    if anyone need to rework pcb the component are the same of FG v53.


    here is the list and pics of mine




    KT 200




    U13-U14 : L9613 / E-L9637D


    U20 : HEF4011BT


    U2 : LPC 2119FBD64


    Q11 : ZVP2106 (look for the mounting position because the china copy are wrong)


    Q12 : ZVN2106 (look for the mounting position because the china copy are wrong)


    U18-U22 : ST 485B - MAX485


    U19-U21 : LM393


    U3-U5 : LM1117


    U17 : PCA82C250 for 0-12v obd (PCA82C251 for 0-24V obd)


    U10-U12-U16 : 74HC14D


    U15-U23 : 74HCT125D


    U24 : FT232RL


    RELAIS LITTLE : OMRON G5V-1

    is a china clone…many errors and poor quality in each component…

    OK, but how does this affect the work of the KT200? Have you found any problems or just find that some elements can be replaced with others? We all want to drive Michelin tires, but most drive Chinese tires, and there's nothing wrong with that.

    various seller of this tool have european site but this tool are made only in china…i buyed by ecuhelp

    what a cheap looking board....u can tell by looking at soldering...its hard to trust a clone like that on a expensive ECU. i wonder if foxflash is same quality...

    @ Aladinnu : fw is the same but foxflash have not encryption module then maybe can be read…kt200 and other same tools use encryption module…i tried to read with usb to uart but have no comm

    if not a level crp3 you can read mcu

    as i wrote, no communication with classic connection uart, maybe foxflash can be readed...kt200 have encryption module...i think not so simple

    so you have to find a foxflash to read the firmware

    @carmageddon with this rework did your kt200 obd read/write improve? i can read/write ecu's that use k line with obd protocol, but not a single ecu that uses CAN with obd protocol.
    On the bench no problem with k line or CAN, read and write perfect.
    i dont know if it is an hardware problem or a software problem.
