What i know so you need programmer for that and mcu is protected so best way to do this is buy a working mcu and do some soldering job.

Like Rsibiza say, for writing you need silabs usb debugger... and yes reading is a hard job.

Where i can buy this adapter ?
I think with certainly can somehow save via USB.
