Quick question - If you plug in MPPS clone (serial ends in 234) 3.0.2.37 into internet connected computer, does it block automatically?

Mpps software is not connected to internet, no problem, but if you really want to block it, run it simply to 3.38 version

Got a mpps box - using the supplied software - 3.0.2.37 but it wouldn't connect to one of my vehicles so I wondered if it had 'automatically' updated itself over the internet (I didn't manually attempt to update it, but wondered if being connected to internet permitted an automatic download).

I shall assume then that it's the vehicles fault and try it again

No automatically update posible up to now.
what case has your tool?

It's the silver box. It hasn't been used before so all I can assume is it's dead on arrival (DOA).

No attempt has been made to update it, though it has been plugged into computers that have internet access.

Chineese clone...mine not work in arrival too...Serial 234?
If yes try to update with cracked version of Scary maybe help you.And ever...use it at your own risk...

I believe you will encounter 100% same problems,with newer china clone.

The only good working mpps clones come from europe,they work with genuine sw,dont need any crack,loader which allows unit to work even with FFFFFF or 000000 serial...

If u want start business,buy good euro clone or original unit,but lot customer with original ones ran away from...who know why ...hehe

not really ... most of the Amt customers sold the v8 and v9 genuine tools and are working with clone v5 which is a lot better.

Ironic, isn't it really!

But yeah I've heard of no-end of problems with the genuine tool when updated...what a put off. They're not exactly bust-your-balls expensive are they.

i updated my mpps to V9 from V8 and now i cant add the drivers it only adds the interface as a human interface device

and i cant update the firmware since device is not found. i tried on WinXP and XP Pro

Hello everyone.
There is a problem.
fiat doblo 1.3 jnd with ECU magnetti marelli MJD6F.D6
MPPS 5.0.1.10 on a line not yet read.
identifikatory not read, too.
CAN identifiers to read, but read the flash button is not active.
He opened the box and read BDM100. (Chinese clone)
tab, single, and after the export has size 518 KB flash and eprom 4 kb.
As I understand it's not a full size flash
how to read the full size flash and what size should be?
