what ecu is in alfa 159 2.4 jtdm 210hp, is it same as 200hp model (edc16c39) i need to r/w with mpps v5 210hp version

Yes all are EDC16C39... but MPPS does not write a checksum on some ECUs... you get an error after writing on the screen and car will not start.

You can write back ORI and car will start.

I tried on multiple alfa's 159 and 147 edc16c39 with mpps v3&v5 and they started with modified files, I just made checksum with winols and then write

Well then you were lucky

I can tell you from my experience that MPPS does not write:

Alfa GT Q2: SW 1037386727
159 1.9 JTD 8V: SW 1037379691

Both tried with v5. I dont know if the problem was fixed in v12.

Some vehicles are read one version and not work with another.

159: 1037377871 ok
147: 1037379005 ok

but I always make backup with bdm
