Hi.I have the same problem whit clone interface.
upgrade software ver 3.0 and program not start.
but ver 1.0.8 + change date (1.01.2010) works fine

china clone isn't work with software v3.0
with v2.8 work but you must change data in Your system.
v.1.0.1.90 and 1.0.1.100 it's ok ;]
don't upgrade to the v3.0 because You can't downgrade firmware to old version
Tomorrow I'll upload software on ver. 90, 100 and 2.8

/is this reading all software or just partial software?
-have read somewhere that not reading the full software like in the VAG 2.0 TDI Siemens PPD 1x. (2.00MB)

with the S-in front is a slave unit?

yes, I think a clone tool is worth of buying, I buy one from ( no selling from your site )
just cost me about 60.oo usd, and it works great for my Citroen. You could have a try.
