As I know, Viaken's version can't do EDC16 on BMW's, because faulty hardware.

they have now 3.0.2.37 but its same unstable shit like the 1.0.0.x because its same hardware

and if anyone reads these thread couple of pages before could see that this hw that viaken sells has a mistake on pcb a slightly mistake on pcb but a big for the work.

with bmw edc16 and viaken hardware you got to be lucky to read even the id

Is his V3 still in Alu box? If Yes, then V3 also has same problems...

I got one V3 lead with kulled by update. Shows Error 12 and serial is FFFFFFFF.

Can anyone supply programmed MCU for it? had no problem doing BMW and thts the main reason i bought it. Seller never told me it's unsafe to install the new version so i used it and now it'ds fxxxd up.

i got same dump files size from A4 1.9 TDI ED16, the .bin also starts with No read file has been encrypted .. i can't figure out, what's the problem .. maybe a locked no read ecu by a chiptuner? is that bmw 330d E90 modded?

You either send it back to be reprogramed or throw it in the garbage can.

yes it is
the owner want to get is car back to stock and the shiftec seller don't want ....
i just open the bin file and i can see the no read header , so i think it's like you said blocked by shiftec .
i will try another stock bmw to check the new viaken cable and report .

i have installe latest version of the soft .
backup the 3 directory \check \database \drive
after i uninstall it and reinstall the 3.0.2.37 soft (the one that not kill the clone )

i replace the directory by the one from latest version i do the backup .

launch the soft and voila , have the same car list than the latest version but on the old soft .

so if the routine that kill the cable is on the EXE , perhaps you will be able to have the latest car without kill your clone .

i'm havent the knowlegde to do more and don't want to risk my clone .

Doesn't work. MPPS.exe has some check on all crucial files inside that distribution and if you just change one byte, he won't work.

yes, same here, that audi was also modded, so it's all clear now .. if an ecu has NO READ protection, MPPS can't read out the flash properly .. funny thing is that i was able to read out the bin with 20 USD galleto clone without any problems .. maybe MPPS is able to read it, but AMT cartech has disabled this feature

For sure...coz there is existing a patch for noread on mpps...
But until today his engineer didnt release it yet..
