Read immo code

Hello can some one help me read immo code ? beacuse i buy new cluster
CHIP is 24LC32a from golf 5 1.9 tdi 2006 i read it with CH341b

These clusters can only be done by OBD.

This cluster does not read with obd. I tried vag + can commander and it does not work too

can you help me how to do this ? How i can read this code ?

Must be here some cheap alternative like obd for example VAG + k can commander but this work just on my old cluster i need something like this on new cluster
