change the injection file format from ".pld" to another editable one

Gentlemen, I have a file in ".pld" format that an original diagnostic team loads in update mode by the chassis number of the vehicle and the idea is to be able to convert it to a format that can be edited by the "ECM titanium " or "winols" for modifications of the chassis number and correction of DTCs.


I am willing to pay for a real solution.
I am available for testing and development
