Hi,
I have a unit in which MPEG is damaged, after turning it off programmatically (setconfig) I need to upload new software, unfortunately I can't find version 5238 that does not have an update for this module. I know that soft 5274 would be perfect but it only fits C6 and above. I am asking colleagues for help which soft will be suitable for the HW C4 unit?

use 3970 for C4 hardware

when you turn mpeg off with setconfig you can every sw normaly uploading. it will skipp from alone mpeg.
