    Default MB W176 EIS Clone

    Hi

I need help with eis clone w176. I bought second eis with this same numbers. I use autel im608 pro. Read data from original eis. Erase second eis and write original data but car doesn't start. It has dtcs in some modules like tcm which describe incorrect Vin number and incorrect variant coding. It is something wrong autel work?

It is possible to do it using UPA or another programmer?

In autel, there is a section that says read coding data, you have to read them from the original and when you make the change to the second hand, you have to write coding data and there it will ask you to write the VIN number of the donor car, so That way should clear up the VIN related faults.

I made everything like you write. But VIN doesn't change. Autel shows message that im some cases VIN can't be modified. I wrote coding and it shows successful but not done properly.
