I want to do it without desoldering the eeprom, is it possible?

I need to connect all 8 to read the eeprom correctly?

I checked it and:
1,2,4,7 are GND
Can I only connect one GND with a cable? or must they all be?

What about the others?

Try connecting to pins 4,5,6,8
If not working remove and read/write
