    Default Tesla X airbag 1036767-00-0

    I could use some assistance/guidance.

Attached are two Bosch SRS 1036767 8kb dumps.

    correct-vin-bad-device-unknown-crash.bin
Has the correct vin. The SRS module was water damaged and is not repairable. The flash chip was removed and dumped. There may or may not be crash data in the image (I don't know how to tell, I don't know the full history of the vehicle but believe it was just flood damage and airbags were never deployed)

    wrong-vin-good-device-with-crash.bin
Has the wrong vin. The SRS module is good but contains crash data.

I replaced the M95640R flash chip from the original flood vehicle to the donor device and the vehicle recognizes the vin is now correct but is failing to reset and verify the SRS module.

    Any help is appreciated.

I'm guessing I need to clear the crash data from the donor SRS module and put that image back on the donor device at which point I should be able to clear the donor vin and learn the correct vin.

The FIXED binary has been programmed to the RCM and re-installed in the vehicle. It recognizes the correct VIN and seems to be better than before however the DTC still will not clear and I still can't get rid of the airbag light.

    I'm still getting:
    RCM_d014
    "Safety restraint system fault"
    RCM_d014_vdsChannelSigMonPerm
Safety restraint system fault/Contact Tesla Service [customer service-fix]
