It definitely does not work on Win7, I tested on Win10 and Win11, once a friend had such an error, reinstalling the OS helped, check on a clean system. I hope you unzip two files into one folder, the program itself and the database?

A new version has been released, try it, or an error came to the developer, but not a photo, but copy it entirely.

There are two files in the archive, the program and the database, they must be in the same folder.

Hello again, I bought this software a while ago, it was updated regularly, the truth is that I had not used it for a couple of months, last week I tried to use it without success, it seems that the software does not recognize the files when I load them, does anyone in the forum also use this software? I sent an email to the author and I have not received a response, I attached an image.
