    Default DM500 S Tuning issues

Hi to everybody. I ma new in this formum .I have a DM500S with tuning issues. I have tried different immages but still not owrking. It has been working fine until September and then I have sent it back to the dealer that has confirmed to me that is nothing wrong but is only the LNB or something alse issue. The problem is that the signal is working fine with an old siver cros receiver. Can you help?

There may be a difference in the strength of the tuners between the two receivers. Is it possible that your dish has been blown out of alignment slightly by high winds? Might need adjusting.

Thanks, I changed the dish as well amd gone from 60 to 88cm. Yesterday I also tried to change the Twin LNB but still not working. I think is the immage of the DM500S, this is why I wanted try to dowload a new one from your forum.

The image will make no differnce to the signal, you really need to check as Devilfish that your dish is aligned correctly for the dreambox.
