Hi,
I replaced relay that is used to control boot lid latch. It was stuck closed I think...
Try to unplug boot lid latch connector and do few presses of button for open and close roof.
You will hear relays clicking in roof ecu. Myabe that way you will "unstuck" your relay and it will start to work like my did that but got stuck again in two roof cycles... so i replaced it.
Don't forget to clear DTCs after connector unplug...

I have very same issue with my 2007 Astra but having a problem with finding out which relay controlling boot lid latch.
I'm posting photo with color coded relays can you point the one that you replaced.
