nissan almera don't starting Related P0340 DTC

hi guys, i have this problem with Nissan Almera 1.8 16 valves,
when the engine is cold at the first starting , the engine run for only 2 second , after it is dead,.....after try to restarting , but this don't starting ,...dtc's is only P0340,...i have connected the Picoscope maybe i think the crank/cam is not aligment, Please see if anyone wants to be moved, to me seems a little retarded camshaft. many tnx to all.
