VW Up dash Read

Hi All

I have to change the dash on a VW up. Ive tried replacing the CS, Mac, key numbers etc from original to the new one just like ive done before on Polo and Golf dash, nut it wont allow me to change the CS. It says its stored on Flash memory.

I have FVDI which detects it, but the wiring diagram to connect to the dash and read the flash is not the same model. Its a Marelli MM7.
wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram for this, or if anyone knows what equipment can read this, as i have a few of these cars to do. Was looking at smok, and it lists the vw up for mileage correction, but im not sure if it will do what i need it to.

these are japanese cars with KM odometers, and im fitting uk MILES clusters, so everything is in miles, not just the speed.
