    Default Orange 5 help please

    Hi all,
    Can someone help me set up Orange 5 please.
    I keep getting hardware error ATM.

    Download the Orange 5 software from the official website
    Install the software on your computer
    Connect the Orange 5 device to your computer using a USB cable
    The software will automatically detect the Orange 5 device
    If the software does not detect the Orange 5 device, you may need to install the driver for the device
    Once the Orange 5 device is detected, you can start using it
    Make sure that you have the latest version of the software installed
    Use a high-quality USB cable to connect the Orange 5 device to your computer


    A hardware error at an ATM can be caused by a number of things, including:
    A faulty component in the ATM.
    A problem with the ATM's software.
    A power outage or other problem with the electrical supply.
    A problem with the ATM's network connection.

    If you keep getting a hardware error at an ATM, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
    Try using a different ATM.
    Try using a different card.
    Try using a different PIN.
    Wait a few minutes and try again.

    Here are some additional tips for troubleshooting hardware errors at ATMs:
    Make sure that the ATM is turned on and that the power cord is properly plugged in.

    Thanks for the help mate.
    I should have said, the hardware error I am getting is "PS04" if that helps.
    Also when I mention ATM, I meant at the moment sorry.

    I have downloaded the software from the orange website but it is a rar file that is
    needs a password. I have sent serial, hopefully I will receive the pass.
