Mercedes WIS standalone issue

I have a MB xentry 09/2015 Dell D630 laptop, xentry works fine, DAS works fine EPC via server works fine, but WIS im stuck with.

It has standalone version of WIS installed but when i load the program from the desktop icon I only have the SSL option and WSM on the left. Im sure im missing other option on the left hand side?

In startkey centre WIS says key only required for local use with DVD or something like that. What am I doing wrong? The hard drive has DB folder present etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.
