Which tool is capable to adopt used radio units on PSA vehicles(peugeot,citroen) for year 2015 and younger?

by hand editing bin file, or you can try, PP2000 and Lexia

Is this the Bosch radio/cd? if it is then the normal diagbox will do it. Just enter the vin number into the radio section
