Audi A4 2.0TDI EGR PROBLEMS 2new Files check

I have an Audi A4 2.0 tdi with EGR problems.
I installed a new one and I'm still having problems, before messing with the wiring I would like to try canceling the EGR.
I have the original file and two generated with software, which I believe simply removes the DTC list.
Can someone give me a hand?
The DTCs I get are p0403.
It is an EDC16U31
