Hi!

First, my apologies about the doubled topic I posted. I made a mistake in the previous topic's title.

I tried to discover how this can be done for an independent mechanic but without any success. My question is raised from the wanted seRMI for any of the maintenance cars as I have read in some topics.

So, my question is can someone explain in deep where this code is really necessary, how can an independent person go through this education, and how much it costs?
