There is three common reasons why this wouldn't work.
1. Wrong information provided. Usually due to a damaged label. Recheck number K122, often it is also printed elsewhere alongside the word 'security'. If its different - repost.
2. Incorrect code entry procedure. Assuming you've used the steering column controls and displayed the code, with the ignition key set to ACC (Accessory position) - press and hold the station advance button for upto 10 seconds until a beep is heard That activates the code,
3. Your radio has been re-programmed by a radio decoder to a differnet code. Here you will need to use the services of a local radio decoder to recover the code.
