Default EDC16U34 Vmax speed limiter hard to set

I need turn on speed limitation in edc16u34.
There's no 7 and 14 channel in adaptation (login 12233). 18 channel i set from 300 to 100 and it doesn't work. I also have tried edc16calc from 300 to 100 and it doesn't work.
So... i wanted to do it in flash. I changed:
    1C0CFA, 1CODOE, 1E7335 set bytes from 2 2 to 1 2 or 2 1 ( limitation in eep or flash),
1EA7B2, and this everything doesn't work. I hope that it should be done in eep but i cannot find eep with ability of change 7, 14 or 18 channel which is active and works ;/
Normally in crafter edc16cp34 i paste piece of eep with area of 7 adaptation block with needed speed and calc cks and it works.
Here's harder for me because i can't find any ecu in my workshop which has active these hgb blocks.

    Please give me some advice

Thanks, i can test your solution next week cause i don't have car now but i'm having doubts if the switch and vmax works in these places...
I found with damos from 2.0 that it could be 1E7414 AND 1E7420. Anybody could check it? Or share damos for my file..

After many tries on few similar cars i have to say that none of solution was working.
I need to set speed limiter in dsg cars. In manual gearbox i can cut Nm and everything works well.
Is there any option to update eeprom or something like that to make real speed limiter?
