Mazda 2015 1.5 mx5

Hi folks, has any body ever came across this issue, MX5, no response from keys either remote or push button start. With the battery connected the indicators constantly flash and the radio is on. Can jump relays and bring on ignition and ecu power, but no steering release. Had local auto lock smith he says the imob ecu can see 2 keys. Can't see any inertia cut off switches. When doing a scan with "ignition off" I can see ABS Smart start unit and tyre pressure monitor.

Only two faults come up

U3004 | ACC Relay (Failure Type 12)
P0615 | Starter relay (Failure Type 12)

all the time the hazard light flash, when the hazard button pressed the flash frequency changes slightly.

how long has. Owner had it, any after market led buttons etc

Is there clicking noise?
