2007 W906 Sprinter egr off - EDC16CP31 old but complicated :)

Hi Everyone
Is there anyone with tesedt solution for that old 2007 Sprinter?
Tried few solutions but fault is still sitting in the ecu.

3151-001 EGR- Flow monitoring of air mass
or together with
3152-001 EGR- Exhaust Gas Recirculation NOT ACTIVE

Doesn't matter if EGR it connected or no - faults are still there STORED
