WOW + Autocom + Delphi

Hello ,
Is it possible to run WOW + Autocom + Delphi on the same laptop without having to flash VCI every time for each one of them?
If YES please give instructions step by step if possible.

That is incorrect. You need to make sure WOW and delphi/autocom have the same firmware. Simple as that.

not possible unless someone can prove me wrong. i have 2015 delphi and when i ran 2017 autocom i had to update firmware on vci and delphi software no longer worked on vci

​You have to find the firmware folder in the delphi-autocom-wow installation folder and put all the same firmware in order to work with the same without updating it (except for the first time)
