    You need a computer dash board diagnostic and this :
    When you ask some informations, it would be good to share us ALL the aditional features that will help you and us to find the right locations, number, etc...
    So, the informations required are :
    Manufacture and model (ex : VW Golf 2!);
    Engine (type - AXY, capacity - 1.8, Fuel - Diesel, Horse power : 80);
    VIN number if you ask for damage parts;
    Another supplimentar informations if you look for some specific area (type of airbag - Bosch AB8, ABS - bosch 5.3, automated gearbox : DP0).
    Sorry, but i cannot help you in this conditions!!

    -when testing in onboard testing menu, all gauges are working
    -voltage and continuity, between instruments and engine ECU, are ok ,temperature sensor ok ,all sensors seems to be ok....

    I have seen a few transits like this (I work on 2005 onwards vehicles). On the instrument cluster the needles stop working (except fuel) and the mileage changes to all dashes after ignition on as well as the spanner symbol. On the MK6 if you have no diagnostic comms via OBD socket and the above symptoms then the CAN bus from the ECU to the cluster has died. The most prone are the DPC-806 board type ECUs. New ECU time I'm afraid. So long as the baord type is the same a second hand ECU can be programmed up. Obviously check the fuses and check the CAN bus with a scope before committing to the ECU though.

    hi i done a transit the other day displayed the same symptom under the bonnet drivers side there is a wirring loom that run down to the alternator in plastic wraping check that this is not frayed as this will cause the same problem it happens because the wirring harness is a tight fit cut off the holding clips and move away from engine after repair if frayed

    check your speed transducer on the gear box. I know it sounds ridiculous but fords have a comon problem "instument panel acting weird" 9 times out of 10 the connection is full of water or the contacts are all green or unit might be faulty. Ive repaired loads esp Focus and Mondeo
