can someone check the files ,the car wont rev and wont start untill i disconect the water temp sensor ,all this ocured after battery changed

If you have a psa account, you could make this ecu virgin.
There is virgin edc17c60 file on dk, you can use.

Or try this:
Most tools do checksum on eeprom and flash, so read, and rewrite this ecu.
It might resolve your problem.
