What tool do you recommend? Doubts and solutions

Hello.
I have been looking for a multi-brand tool for a while to:
Diagnosis
Reset Oil service
Reset Ad Blue
Reset Brake Pads
And other quick daily services in which with more specific tools it can be done but I see disadvantages:
Time lost for everyday things
Having tools for each brand is crazy if you work with many different brands.
Tool cost for 1 or 2 cars that are not the ones you usually work on.


I've been searching for lauch, Diagnotize, Xtool, Xdiag, easydiag and I'm going a little crazy and have questions.


I have worked a lot with Diagnotize and with X431 but they had lifetime licenses, they only paid once and there were never more payments and they had updates too,
I have also seen more new thinkdiag, thinkcar, foxweel, easydiag.....I don't know which one to look at or which one not to look at.
golo, easydiag, launch, mxlink? Which hardware and which software?


I also know delphi/autocom but I haven't used it for years, could I perform these basic functions?


I don't need coding, I don't need to clone switchboards.


My idea is to buy something cheap and save money to buy an Autel 908pro in the future.


Could I use it with an iPad Air 2 Gen 2?
