    Hi!

    Read positions IC802 "LC56"

attention: pin rotated and TSSOP encapsulation.

more: contact the dealer if you want the code from the serial number
    or
find a local decoder. It's not that easy for him either

I have the same radio.. (it is well known on this forum, a favorite with a problem )
I have an eeprom reader and located the IC802 "LC56" chip. The eeprom reader works with a clip.
But when connecting I am asked in the eeprom software the name of manufacturer of the chip and then the exact chip of that manufacturer. I have tried many names of chips that are on the list given in the eeprom program, but I don`t get any dumb. Maybe the clip is too big for the chip(?). Very reluctant to start soldering the chip out, afraid to mess things up with too much solder etc. when putting it back in.

Maybe I am using the eeprom reader equipment wrong.
    So, some questions:
What do you mean with "pin rotated and TSSOP encapsulation"?
Do I have to use the 1.8Volt adapter to bring the voltage down?
Do I have to use the "eeprom 24 12c" or the "bios 25 spi" connection on the eeprom reader?
Should pin nr. 1 be next to the lock handel (as is adviced online as normal), or should it be farthest away from the lock handel, as it is depicted in the software screen.?

Thanks for all and any advice.
