    Default BMW X5 key stuck in ignition

    Hi
    Problem appear after CAS died during km manipulation i think because Key 2 - 274.000km Key 1 - 374.000km .
    anyway
    The car start and runs normal.
    But key stays locked in ignition after engine shutdown.
    bought another ignition switch - no luck.
    No dtc.

    Is it possible that CAS is damaged?

    Usually big resistor 3R3 is bad when key is stuck in ignition.
    Also check gearbox if report position P in cas.

    3R3 ok - 3.3/3.4 ohm.
