There is never a 100% warranty on decoding from a serial number because it is possible for some decoder to change it in the past !!
Unless you are the first owner of the car and the radio!
This is the original factory code.

Thank you I hope it fits, but I can not enter it. Figures are entered by a single press of the buttons, not several times. After pressing the * or circle button the device simply turns off.

Specify the full model of your radio? Most probably you enter the code!
Try confirming the code with this button #.

You can make a power supply bypass to the main board and then disconnect the connectors!
