hi mate, you can reset all late ford modules in the car with an ids vcm dealer interface loads of diagnostic guys have them. you read the fault codes in airbag then highlight the crash code which will have a description saying lateral acceleration sensor threshold exceeded crash detected. then click the button to do a pin point test and the software will ask if you would like to erase the crash data.... click yes job done.

not all people with vcm ford scanners know this can be done and even guys i know that work for fords dont know.

hopefully u know someone with a vcm or can find someone.

i do loads of late ford modules via the epprom but unless you have a tested file taken from a non crashed module its near immposible to spot the crash data its not in blocks like most files its hidden away.

    hope this helps.

    Hi.
Please write full airbag ECU discription.
    Try this...

Hi, I have similar, 2007 Galaxy with a no start complaint, customer reports never started since accident. No dtcs logged in engine controller, but found dtc logged in airbag U1A37 CRASH STATUS TELEGRAM, suspect the airbag is canceling the engine running function - or perhaps has nothing to do with no start issue. Has anyone come across this with late Fords.
