Toyota Aygo MMT repair

Hello everyone

Have anyone experince to repair MMT for Toyota. My toyota Aygo MMT ecu not communicate with diagnostic and no gear shift. But this problem is not all time but 80% of time this MMT ecu not communicate with car and car doesn't shift gear and no N on dashboard. I have try to reprogram the eeprom 93C66 with another learned dump but nothing. Some times after Ignition ON and OFF some times work and N show in dashboard and gear shift OK, but for short time because again when I turn off the car same problem no N on dashboard and no communication between car and MMT ecu.

I have measure the voltage during MMT ecu is not working and they looks OK. I have GND on pin 8, i have 12V (middle connector) with ignition and another 12V (middle connector). But during this time when car is not working no 12V from transmission relay. Anyway I have put 12V on this pin when car is not working and again same problem no communication. Have anyone experience with this error ?
