    he should find channels even on n3 as i could then,but i cannot view,is the coaxial going into cable input.
    you could try reflashing again and reset then scan.

    Is there a guide to reflashing? I've read I need a null modem cable, is this correct?

    Hi,im in coventry too and my box has done the same,lost a couple of channels ,rescanned and reset then cant find any channels at all on any network with emu on or off,nagravison is set to ntl 54 01 key 00,is there another key and data to enter to get it back as before?

    Default Lost channels

    I have looked at some posts and some people keep referring to code 1570. When and at what screen do you enter this code? Do I need to do this before trying the upgraded firmware? Please be gentle with me in your replies!

    if you reflash box with firmware or want to scan again you delete all channel data=factory reset/default ,then you need to auto scan your provider from direct feed from wall to box,find channels and when finished exit out,then menu1570 key emu to on or keycode enable,also do the set default key { on screen } and exit out ,box should update and picture comes on in 2 mins.

    i now have all my channels back in coventry.i could only find channels when my provider was set to chorus ? ,got most channels back then about 10 mins later got the rest back.still cant get any channels on ntl or others
