Default Ktag help to identify component

Hello everyone... After working with Sirius32 ECU, ktag stopped working, when stopped working, after turning on +12v, the green light does not appear, i.e. as if the power supply is not connected.
When I opened the board, near the connector itself, there is a component that has burned (I think it's a capacitor). Can someone help me a bit more with this problem. The burnt part is circled in the picture.

There's a photo of an original pcb with component designators. google.com quoted search "How to rework Ktag Kess V2 pcb hardware to work as the genuine".
The component is shown as L17, so I guess it's an inductor. No markings are visible.

Hope ths help in some small way.

    Regards.
