Hello, I am having trubble starting my 1.9tdi ASV engine. Sometimes it starts and runs fine but when I turn it off, it hardly ever starts again. No faults stored in ECU. Here is what I have found out - key on, relay 109 clicks - glow plug light ON, ECU communication OK, relay 103 clicks - glowplugs work.. Injection pump clicks - IQ needle and stop valve are ready to go. But after around 10 seconds pump clicks again and it gets no +12V to the stop valve nor the pump as such. Battery voltage 12.5V, tested fine. And when I start cranking right away, no waiting, same thing happens. Has anyone came acros this problem? Btw ECU used is from Leon ALH but it is tuned to around 95kW so IQ is sufficient to work with the ASV components. Thank you for any kind of help.
