Carprog V13 no good

Hello, I have the carprog, with that identical s/n, but when trying to enter a section to work, it does not work without internet.
If I do it with the internet, it opens the menu, but when operating it says it wants to update on the internet, and then this error.
I need to do a reading on Renesas RH850 for an airbag unit.
Has anyone had a similar case or know how to fix it?
