VVDI2 Blocked

Suddenly it got blocked and I can't update, someone else happened to it, it can be solved without sending it back to China,
since it requires a lot of time and they will surely tell me that it is not possible... I try to update and it always keeps writing data 1....

Have you tried to reinstall the software? Maybe it will help.
I did had some problems with downloading from vvdi server (download link in Vvdi software).
But I tried from mk3 and it worked fine.

You can try first repair function… and if don’t work try uninstall and reinstall it…

I tried to update with the MK3 software and it gives me the same error, it keeps writing in part 1 and does not continue (update failed)

Unfortunately you have to wait till 17th February to get feedback from support.
Right know is Chinese new year and most of them have vacation…

What system ? try on different computer with other system. Had similar problem and it worked.

I now have exactly the same problem. Was working, the USB connector broke but after replacing it the display changed from English to Chinese characters and it's now useless.

could be this if you messed up something during the USB port replace. Doesn't matter the type they are using the very same secu.

I suppose it has something to do with the USB port. USB port is faulty. I also have the same problem yesterday, update always failed and device won't connected to PC. In my case my guy plugged-in in MCU adapter which belongs to 608 to VVDI prog zif-socket. Ever since, many times I plugged in my tools into USB it will make the laptop throws a warning about voltage overload.
