I also checked the eeprom but it seems ok, the data is clear. Programming was interrupted and everything stopped

Flash ok , not necessary play with this .
Problem in eeprom , because this in boot state .
You can try this reflash ista / winkfp away .
Or write this repaired back and after must by all ok ..............EE_current(New).rar
NB!!! Don't ask in PM old file password , Im not remember.
