VCDS LOADER WONT' LOAD VCDS

Recently bought an HEX-V2 Cable (ofc a clone) i tried everything, if i start the vcds and try to test it shows up Ross-Tech USB usb interface found, if i plug it in the cars obd port its not detecting anymore, tried using the software that came with the cable, when i put the loader inside the folder and try to start it, it shows kolimer god bless you and thats it tried vii plus loader and says no device connection, tried to start vcds with it still no result any ideas or help?
For more context the cable works with old vag com through usb not com for some reason if i put vcds loader in vcds folder and try to start it, it doesnt work tried almost everything, ive seen a few people with the same problem and decided to create a thread
EDIT: After 2 days of searching through forums i finally made the vcds work with the files provided from another thread with Biggest Colection of VCDS something like that, if youre having the same issue now you know
