Ford Galaxy sat nav problem

Hi everyone,
I have a 2013 Galaxy with a power fault.
Frequently the climate controls stop working and sat nav goes dead.
Does anyone know what goes faulty on this please?

Probably you have water damage/faulty gem module. Check this.

as the climate control runs through the radio unit, it's possible the RAM chips in the radio are causing the problem

Yes. This may also be the cause. You can often buy counterfeit memory and it will still not work. I've had this happen twice.
