hi bought a rover last week and it has r660 radio but it asks code I heard the code can be generated from serial

RG349F11197627 Philips 22 DC 349 / 60B

any help would be much appreciated

Hi, I've just had a new battery put in my Rover, and the radio doesn't work, even when I input the code '8463'. It must be wrong, but I don't know where to find the serial number. Can someone tell me where to find it?

I wouldn't asked you for the code if it would be so easy.
For that i should have a programmer, and i don't have one.
Besides, I don't even have the unit, the code is for somebody else.
