What customer service said about the ban? I was also worried about giving my serial number when I made a complaint for fear of being banned. They have not fixed the issues I raised so far.


When you tell them the problem with the firmware version you running and telling them that you are ruining the latest software that should be enough for them to solve the issue. Asking for your serial number makes it fishy

One person was banned for just connecting, not even reading/writing "brand new module from the dealership". That person already was un-banned. But you have to contact support and beg for help.
